This can be used as a raw dip/dressing or as a vegan version of cheese on pizza or kale chips. When baked it acts just like melting cheese.
It's very easy and takes about 5 minutes to prep.
1/2 fresh squeezed lemon
1 cup whole raw cashews
2 tbls Braggs Nutrtional yeast
1 tsp choppped garlic
Dash of salt and pepper
Blend in a Nutribullet or food processor
